Not a captain yet — but you could become one. At Drunky Goat, you start from the ground up, but if you’ve got the drive, you can rise to the top.
We’re looking for someone for the front line: where the platters are made, the orders come in, the sales happen, and the smiles hide a bit of quiet panic.
You don’t need experience. You need the willingness to learn, help out, ask questions, and keep the vibe steady.
You’ll work alongside the Captain and rotate through the kitchen, pass, service, and cellar. You’ll learn what it means to run a wine bar that actually cares. And if you take it seriously, in a year, you could be the one doing the interviews.
Requirements: Fluent English, a big smile.
What we offer: Competitive salary, share of tips, continuous training, real opportunities for growth — not just “stick around for a couple years and we’ll see”.
Can you pick a bottle of wine without being overbearing? Can you help someone choose the perfect label without spouting fluff like “this wine has a hint of rudimentary complexity”? Do you have a passion for Greek wine and aren’t afraid to share it — even with someone who came in for a beer? Then yes, our wine cellar wants you. And so do we.
You’ll be the cellar manager — the person behind our wine experiences, trainings, stories, and recommendations that make Drunky Goat so unique.
Requirements: Fluent English and Excel proficiency, WSPC Level 3, 2+ years of experience in a wine shop, distributor, or wine bar, and solid knowledge of the Greek vineyard.
We offer: Competitive salary, private insurance, premium share in tips, participation in the Bonus Scheme, continuous training, and countless wine tastings.
Can you keep an orchestra of waiters in sync? Know when the graviera cheese is missing — and when it’s a person that’s missing? We’re not looking for a boss. We’re looking for an experience architect with a talent for flow and detail. Someone who can coordinate orders, platters, takeaway, chaos, and wine — without melting like camembert in the sun.
If you have experience in service, know how to work with teams, and can keep the rhythm of the place even when things get feta-level hectic… come steer the ship, not bark orders. The vibe is seriously relaxed, the environment lively, and the wine Greek.
Requirements: Fluent English and knowledge of Excel, 2+ years of experience in a wine bar or a fast-paced restaurant.
We offer: Competitive salary, private insurance, premium share in tips, participation in the Bonus Scheme, continuous training and guidance.
Not a ship captain — but close. At Drunky Goat, we need someone to take the wheel: wine cellar, service, guest experience, team — everything runs through your hands.
If you can keep a place buzzing without turning into a robot, see ahead without freaking out, and be present without raising your voice… you might be our Captain.
This isn’t for “manager types” — it’s for those who see the big picture but aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Requirements: Fluent English and Excel proficiency, 5+ years of experience leading a team of 20+ people, and solid experience in reporting.
We offer: Competitive salary, private insurance, premium share in tips, participation in the Bonus Scheme, continuous training, and unmatched freedom.
Do you know how to set up a food spread that looks like it’s been styled before going up on Instagram? Can you keep the pace in the kitchen without spilling retsina or tears? Are you obsessed with never running out of smoked Metsovone cheese?
Then yes — Drunky Goat’s kitchen wants you. And so do we. You’ll be the person behind the dishes that may not be grilled, but they sure fire people up. The kitchen manager who knows when to order graviera, when to rally the team, and when to calmly shout, “Platter’s coming out, guys!”
Requirements: Fluent English and Excel proficiency, 2+ years of experience in a restaurant kitchen or relevant education
Offered: Competitive salary, private health insurance, premium share in tips, participation in bonus scheme, ongoing training and mentorship
